Phase One of the Vision 2020 initiative capitalizes on collaboration to collectively forge a new and prosperous economy and future for the Mohawk Valley. The goal of this phase has been to address the challenges, fulfill the needs, and support the opportunities that will enhance Oneida County’s new and emerging workforce.

With three critical areas — education and training, access to opportunity, and housing — we continue to achieve great progress with tangible results.
